The entire collection is dominated by a leitmotif that no internal or external reality can change: the finding of the loneliness of the human being. "Solitude / ungodly / space" and turns into the need for analysis of personal and "compensation" poetic. The writer relies on a touch of soft colors both in words and metaphors to describe a perception of self that does not result in tragedy, but slowly wear the hope that the figure of the angel seems to leave sometimes glimpse. Evil is present in the world and the human soul feels its weight ("At the foot / a dead sparrow") and tries to find reasons, but retains a tremor that can lead to paralysis. Each external vibration ("Shadows pale / ripple / the surface of memory") is seized with delicate reserve combined with a contemplative attitude mixture of wonder and melancholy: "The body / resist / illusion / the kiss," because "the 'other manifests / in pain / consciousness / dying".
