Apparently the collection of Francesca Piovesan looks linear, crystalline, transparent, full of outstanding natural beauty and sentimental to the point that each reader could identify in these verses special moments of their lives. And the title A life, many lives will be the proof.
It is, however, important that the player operates a real "second reading" concept to be understood not in a material sense, but from the point of epistemological research as an "extra" that it exceeds the mere impression taken at the first impact. If we limit ourselves at the "apparent", lose the very essence of these compositions: A life, many lives states also and above all the contradictions present in the ego narrator, who reveals a duplicity of antithesis seeking un'agognata synthesis (Giulio Greco).
