These are times of crisis and decline. We feel so harassed , exploited, oppressed and certainly not free. In this situation , talk about happiness may appear hypocritical and out of place. People , generally , have now abandoned dreams and aspirations , even the youngest . Nobody really looking for more happiness , mind, unhappiness and stress are well known to all. Anyone who is already under pressure from global problems of our life , full of tension and uncertainty, even if the source of these disturbances is very far from us and from our world.
The purpose of these pages is not to make everyone happy, but try to give a meaning to existence and happiness itself , especially the intent is to make us aware of who is the main responsible for our unhappiness , and then identify one who has the greatest power to guide us to the well-being and psycho-physical balance . Regain the joy of living , positivity , creativity and enthusiasm , especially the intellectual freedom of thought : these are the goals . Goals are far from simple and obvious that , however, you can reach thanks to awareness.
