Giuseppe Brienza, born in Naples in 1972, is a freelance journalist, currently in charge of the cultural pages of the newspaper Il Corriere del Sud. PhD in Political Science at the University of Rome "La Sapienza", specializes in "Issues of journalistic current affairs on Catholic Church "the fifth course in religious information promoted by ISCOM, by the Journalists accredited to the Vatican (AIGAV) and the Faculty of the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross Communication (2013). She collaborates with the magazines "Il Borghese" and "Catholic Studies" and online newspapers "Formiche.net" and "The Daily Cross". It conducts a monthly program on the issuer "Radio Mater" dedicated to current cultural and ecclesial. He has published 16 books and about sixty essays, especially on social issues (family and family policies, subsidiarity, Catholic social doctrine, human rights) and historical (History of the Church in Italy, relations between Church and State in Italy, the origin and development of representation and contemporary political parties).
