Francesco Capaldo lives in Florence, where he teaches Italian and Latin in high schools.
PhD in Italian Studies, has long studied the literary culture of the nineteenth and philological aspects and codicological of Leopardi literary production ("Genesis and variants of Short Moral", Emil, 2016); also he attended to Pasolini and poetry of D'Annunzio, Sereni, Raboni, and Lucio Piccolo.
As narrator has published a collection of "Narcissus" stories (dell'Ippogrifo Editions, 2005) and the novel "All the way" (Editions Culture Project, 2008).
As a poet he made his debut with the collection of poems "distances elusive" (Open Door Editions, 2009) followed by the anthology "Voice nova" (Fratini publisher, 2013).
Since 2016 he is part of the drafting of the poetry magazine "Gradiva" (Olschki publisher).
