Because? Because these verses in the apparent crystallinity conceal an underground river that awakens memories, experiences, images of contemporary Milan.
And the city, which can be considered at the same time a symbol of a globalized world and the place where the author lives, there is a "visual" concreteness with its bars, supermarkets, kebab, suburbs, shopping centers, streets, the lights, the shops, the fashion world, the Expo ... places always reflected in the characters mind that from time to time contribute to delineating the "inner world" of the man of our time.
The result is a bleak vision, because there, in fact, are celebrated the rites of trivialization, which does not escape the environment of film and literature, the image of women, the same feeling of love: everything one buys, everything is sold. [...]
