Dear Enrico, I've read your books and I wanted to write a few things.
In the poems there is an existential despair that affects, and even a little 'sorry. Do not waste time to literature, but go directly to the relationship between external and internal environment, with a lot of anger and not a little sarcasm. The sense of tragedy is even more resolved in the novel, with the agony of physical bodies and minds at war. I'd be curious to hear read aloud even your prose, I suspect that in that form tones and pauses disporrebbero even more effective.
In short, there is a lot of strength in what you write.
